Damp and water penetration to multiple flats 2024

This was outstanding from previous management and we took this on as soon as we started management. Ensuring the defect report was in place and up to date, we arranged up to date quotes for the client to avoid any unnecessary additional costs as the contractor they had lined up prior to our management didn’t have any health and safety policies in place and were not willing to provide one.

There were site meetings to check works and run through any questions from the client with the surveyor and the contractor. It also required liaising with the neighbouring property to use part of their roof for scaffold access. The client made several changes and additions which we discussed and arranged as required with the contractor to see the project to completion.
