A defect report was obtained from a surveyor and quotes received for works when we took on the property for management. Section 20 notices were sent to all flats to comply with The Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. All works completed to repair the firewall for re-rendering, lead flashings, tiles and waterproof coating satisfactorily.
