Front elevation and roof works 2025 Grade i listed

Another Grade I listed building on Brighton seafront to resolve damp issues within some flats. Specification completed and sent out to tender to our contractor list. Once funds received, all works were completed satisfactorily.

This had been long overdue from previous management. As soon as we took this on, we got the ball rolling to progress quotes that were stalled and delaying the start of works. The lift has been out of action for some time and the project has faced some unexpected delays with the lift company due to the age of the lift and complications with access to the lift shaft and parts received not fitting. Communication is key at this stage to ensure all parties are aware of what is holding up completion of works and anticipated dates to get the lift back in working order. Final testing is expected shortly so that all residents have access to a working lift after a long wait.
