Works just completed on this double fronted c. 1881 detached building. Lots of restoring the brickwork, some replacement cills and gutters/pipes along with some repairs and cleaning for the roof and chimneys which were contributing to some damp in the top flat.

We always suggest using a surveyor to draw up a specification of works for contractors to work from so there is clarity and a form of contract to enable works to be signed off in stages.
