Full major works to external areas on grade I listed building 2025

Some items were removed from the specification to reduce expenditure. We arranged tenders for our clients approval and completed the section 20 process to enable works to commence as quickly as possible. During the project some additional works were required to be added to the scope and approved by the flat owners. A complicated layout for locating some damp issues which were investigated by all parties to resolve. Another project completed for a seafront building in a prestigious area.
