rear garden boundary walls 2025/26

 Another project that was long overdue prior to our management. This work has been delayed due to some issues with finances for the neighbouring property and agreement to deal with the tree that was causing the issue. A rear garden wall was damaged from a neighbours tree roots, this wasn’t covered under either parties insurance and has just been reinstated. The side boundary wall has large cracking due to the recently removed tree, the roots of which damaged the foundations and stability of the wall. The client decided to go ahead with works whilst we made progress with the neighbour. The works are expected to be completed shortly.
