Sussex Square

A childhood favourite area loaded with magic as Jodie used to live in the Square as a child looking for rabbits in the famous gardens and using the tunnel to the beach.

Pre planning in progress with the surveyor appointed to complete the specification of works to enable us to send out to tender. Lots of communication with the client and flat owners to ensure works as carried out as required and as quickly as possible. Building control application and listed buildings consent will be required on this one due to the nature of works.
